Admissions

1. Dates - Records the admission date and the date of discharge of each admission
2. cc - Records the chief complaint (cc) of each admission. An editable popup is available for this input line and can be accessed by tapping on the diamonded 'cc' label
3. Where - Records the admission location. This input line also has an editable popup attached via the diamond label.
4. Code - Records the admission code status. Tapping on the diamond label accesses another editable popup.
