Charge Capture has an array of methods for reporting data. First, reporting can be accomplished from either the Encounters or the Rounding tab of the application. While in either of those sections, tap the Edit button at the top of the screen. Select the items you want reported and then tap the 'Share' button (see screenshot #1). You may select to share via email or via a WiFi connection. If you select via WiFi, follow the instructions on your iPhone screen to connect to the application and print the data from a web browser on your desktop.
Version 1.1 added a Reporting tab for more flexibility in generating reports. Items to select encounters within the Reporting tab include: People, Locations, and Date (see screenshot #2). Sharing this report is again available through either email or a WiFi connection.
Version 1.2 added several other options for specifying particular eencounter data to report. Charge Capture can now define an encounter as reported and discharged, thus creating the possibility for reports that show specified encounters (e.g., all encounter that have yet to be reported but have been discharged via the Rounding module).
Additionally, an 'Export' feature was added to version 1.2 allowing the user to email a CSV file of chosen encounters. (see Screenshot #3)
