The complete set of Current Procedural Terminology (CPT®) material is a product licensed through the American Medical Association (AMA).
CPT codes, descriptions, instructions and guidelines are copyrighted,
maintained, and published by the AMA. The incorporation of CPT codes into
any product, print or electronic, requires a license agreement with the AMA.
The small subset of CPT codes included in the distributed versions of Charge Capture are used as examples only under a "fair use" policy. Full sets of CPT codes are planned for licensing through the program in a future version.
